Dongguan Ruibo Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in August 2021, located at Room 242, Building 18, No. 39 Hongtu Road, Nancheng Subdistrict, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. With a team of nearly 100 experienced tooling engineers, mold technicians and injection molding specialists, Ruibo has developed into an integrated precision manufacturing enterprise.

01 TOOLING
Specializing in automotive, 3C electronics and appliance molds. Full in-house design, DFM analysis, high-speed CNC milling, EDM erosion, mold assembly and trial runs.
02 MOLDING
In-house precision servo & electric machines cover standard tonnages, combined with coordinated 100–2000T production assets. Dedicated cleanroom molding for optical and cosmetic parts.
03 SECONDARY
Integrated secondary finishing: silkscreen printing, pad printing, spray painting, UV coating, electroplating, anodizing and ultrasonic welding, saving multi-supplier coordination cost.
04 PARTS
Precision machining and coordinated manufacturing for non-standard automation components, from CAD drawing review to precision turning, milling, inspection and on-time delivery.
A strategic combination of high-speed CNC centers, mirror EDM, slow wire EDM, automated electric & servo molding units, and Hexagon CMM ensures repeatable high quality.
Equipped with precision CNC machining centers (Taiqun T8/T12 etc.), high spindle speed up to 24000 rpm ensures steel contour tolerance within ±0.01mm.
Sodick wire EDM (AG400L/ALN600G) and Makino EDGE3 mirror spark erosion machines easily handle deep ribs, narrow slits and fine Ra 0.2 texture.
High-repeatability servo and electric injection units guarantee stable temperature, pressure and continuous round-the-clock runs for both micro and large parts.
Automated 3D coordinate measurement ensures geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) verified against engineering 3D CAD drawings.
High-definition digital optical inspection allows rapid non-contact boundary, angle, and critical hole position verification.
Dehumidifying dry-air systems (-40℃ dew point) guarantee engineering resins (PA66, PC, PBT, POM, PPO) are thoroughly dried to prevent splay and bubbles.
