## RFQ Checklist
### 1. Basic Product Information
□ 3D CAD files (STEP / IGS format)
□ 2D engineering drawing with full dimensions & tolerances
□ Product function description & assembly drawing
□ Estimated annual demand, initial pilot order quantity
□ Target lead time: T1 mold trial date / sample delivery date / mass production schedule
### 2. Material Specification
□ Plastic material grade (PC+ABS, PC, modified nylon, PP, etc.)
□ Virgin material requirement, allowed regrind percentage
□ Color requirement: color code / physical color sample, matte / glossy / clear transparent
□ Compliance: RoHS / REACH / FDA, COA certificate required or not
### 3. Cosmetic & Dimensional Standards
□ Tolerance for critical assembly dimensions (±0.05~0.1mm precision part / standard structural part)
□ Parting line requirement: invisible low parting line (PL ≤0.02mm) or not
□ Cosmetic acceptance criteria: limits for ejector marks, sink marks, weld lines, scratches, bubbles
□ Inspection rule: AQL standard, FAI first article report, 2D / 3D CMM inspection report required
### 4. Mold Requirements
□ Mold structure: tunnel slider, angle lifter, multi-core pulling or other undercut design
□ Mold steel grade requirement
□ Target mold lifetime
□ Mold ownership, mold storage & transfer terms
□ NDA non-disclosure agreement required
### 5. Packaging & Shipment
□ Individual packing: OPP bag / blister pack / plastic clamshell
□ Carton size & shipping mark requirement
□ Pre-shipment inspection & photo documentation
□ Delivery term: EXW / FOB / other destination
### 6. Commercial Terms
□ Quotation currency: USD / CNY
□ Quote scope: tooling cost, unit price, packaging cost, freight
□ Payment terms
□ Remedy plan for delayed delivery & defective parts
□ Sample cost & sample refund policy against mass order
