Injection-molded control panels and functional parts. The part shown is a representative example — a matte black functional panel with multiple cut-outs and recesses set into a recessed oval face, an integrally molded direction marker, and a mounting arm with a ridged section extending from the panel to a snap-fit end.

Manufacturing & Engineering Review
What it is
Control panels and functional parts serve control, interaction and assembly scenarios — carrying the operating interface, indicator markings, component clearance and structural connection. The value of such a part is not how complex any single feature is, but whether the relative positions of its many functional features are accurate. A panel with seven or eight holes and slots requires each one's size, spacing and position to be right before the assembly goes together.
The core metrics here are therefore functional dimensional accuracy, assembly relationships and appearance consistency — not shape complexity alone.
Structural features visible in the product photo
The part is a matte black molded panel. Its body is oval, bordered by a raised rim that forms a recessed interior face. Into that face are set multiple functional cut-outs and recesses: two large-diameter circular openings, a rounded-rectangular recess carrying a small dot feature, and two elongated slots. An integrally molded arrow marker sits at the top of the panel.
A tapered arm-like structure extends sideways from the panel, with a ridged section mid-way, ending in a forked form with slots and lugs.
Manufacturing capability
The part is developed on in-house tooling design and manufacturing. The toolroom runs wire EDM, jig grinding, surface grinding, form grinding, CNC machining centres and EDM, forming a complete precision machining chain. On the molding side, 20 in-house machines combine all-electric, servo and vertical presses, covering precision small parts, insert molding and conventional structural components.
Integrated finishing
After molding, spray coating, silk-screen printing, pad printing, electroplating and anodizing can be integrated. Panels commonly also require screened symbols and scales, coated surface finishing, and where specified, molded-in markings and backlit positions — reducing multi-supplier coordination and the quality handover risk it brings.
