Product Introduction

This custom cylindrical plastic housing is specially developed for household humidifier equipment. It is injection molded with PC+ABS composite material, delivering good impact resistance, surface hardness and stable off white matte finish.

The mold is designed with multiple internal tunnel sliders to form complex under cut features on curved cylindrical surface, avoiding external slide marks on visible cosmetic surface. Parting line tolerance is controlled within 0.02 mm, achieving invisible seamless parting effect without obvious flash or step. Two precisely positioned openings are reserved for nozzle assembly.
